Plan Terms
For Local Partner, Get Seen, Get Found and Get Famous. Last updated November 3, 2026.
The short version
- You pay monthly, by card or bank account, through Stripe.
- Every plan has a three month minimum. After that it is month to month.
- Cancel any time after month three by emailing us before your next billing date.
- If we fall short of a guarantee, we keep working until we meet it.
Who these terms are between
These terms are between your business and East of Tampa Media ("East of Tampa", "we"). By paying for a plan you agree to them, along with our general Terms of Useand Privacy Policy.
Billing
Plans are billed monthly in advance, starting the day you sign up, at the price shown on the plans page when you bought. Your card or bank account is charged automatically each month until you cancel. If a payment fails, we will let you know, and we may pause your plan until it is paid.
Three month minimum
Every plan runs for at least three monthly billing periods. That is the time it takes for the work to show results. If you cancel before your third payment, the remaining payments in the first three months are still due. After the third month, your plan continues month to month.
Cancelling
After the minimum, cancel any time by emailing team@eastoftampa.combefore your next billing date. Your plan runs to the end of the month you have paid for, and you will not be charged again. We do not refund partial months.
Our guarantees
Get Seen and Get Famous. We promise at least 30,000 impressions a month. If a month comes in short, we keep promoting your business, at no extra cost, until you reach it. An impression is one time your business is put in front of someone: a newsletter delivered with your business in it, or your post or story shown on East of Tampa. We count them the same way every month and send you the numbers.
Get Found and Get Famous. Your new website goes live within 14 days of us receiving your logo, photos and the details we ask for. If anything holds it up, we stay on it, at no extra cost, until it is live.
Making good on a guarantee never costs you more. The guarantees are the only promises we make about results. We do not guarantee calls, sales or a specific search ranking.
Your website on Get Found and Get Famous
We build and host your website as part of the plan, and the $3,000 build fee is waived while you are on it. Your business name, logo, photos and content stay yours. If you cancel after the minimum, we can hand the site over to you or your new host; any transfer fee is quoted in writing before you decide.
What we need from you
Your logo, photos, accurate business details, and quick answers when we have a question. Delays on your side can delay the work, and the 14 day website guarantee starts when we have what we asked for. You confirm you have the right to everything you send us, and that your business, offers and claims are lawful and accurate.
What we publish
Paid placements on East of Tampa are labeled as sponsored or partner content. We write and design them, and we show you before they run when you ask. We may decline or edit anything that is misleading, unlawful, or not right for our readers.
Price changes
Your price stays the same during your first three months. After that we may change it with at least 30 days' notice by email, and you can cancel before the new price applies.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about a plan is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect losses, or for outages and changes at Google, Meta or other platforms we do not control.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we will post the new version here and email active customers. Changes do not apply to a minimum term you have already started.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, Hillsborough County.
