Coach nominated
Coaches send us the athlete and the stat line. One per school.
Send your own
Athletes and friends submit. A photo becomes a card, a clip becomes a reel.

Every game we cover, posted by midnight.

What we are trying to do
The local papers used to cover high school sports out here and largely stopped. That coverage did something for athletes that is hard to explain until you have had it: it made the work feel seen, and that stays with a kid through the fourth quarter and the offseason when nobody is watching.
We are trying to put some of that back. Not a big media company. A husband and wife who want local athletes to get noticed.
The bar for a photo is simple: it cannot be blurry. A sideline shot or an action shot is fine, helmets are fine, the face does not have to be perfectly visible. Blurry is the number one reason a submission does not run.
For clips, real video is best. Sideline video, phone video from the stands. If all you have is Hudl or QwikCut, hit download and send the file rather than a screen recording. One play per clip.
