Google review management for east Hillsborough businesses
People out here read your reviews before they call. We help you get new ones every month, answer every one, and handle the bad ones without making it worse.
Why reviews decide who gets the call
Picture someone in Riverview who needs a plumber tonight. They search, see three businesses in the map and look at the stars. One has a handful of reviews from years ago. One has dozens, recent, with replies from the owner. Most people call the second one.
Reviews do two jobs. They help you show up, because Google counts reviews as part of how well known a business is. And they help you get chosen once you do show up. This is Level 2: Trusted in our Become Locally Famous framework, and it covers two of its moves: New reviews and Reply to reviews.
Getting new reviews every month
The problem is rarely that customers are unhappy. The problem is that nobody asks, or someone asks once in a while and then forgets for six months. Google and customers both notice when your newest review is old.
- A direct review link. One tap to the review box, not "go find us on Google."
- A moment to ask. We help you pick the point in your process where customers are happiest: the job is done, the smile is on, the invoice is paid.
- Simple asks in your voice. A short text, an email and a card you can hand over. Nothing that sounds like a form letter.
- A steady pace. A few new reviews every month looks real and stays current. A burst once a year looks odd.
Every review comes from a real customer. We never buy, trade or write reviews, and we never offer discounts for them. That is against Google's rules and it is not worth the risk.
We also help your team ask. If a technician, a front desk person or a hygienist is the one with the customer when the job goes well, they are the right person to ask. We give them a short line to say and a link to send, so it does not depend on the owner remembering. The specific reviews help most: a customer in Valrico who mentions the street, the job and the tech by name tells the next reader far more than "great service."
Replying to every review, including the bad ones
Every review we have gotten on our own Google profile, we answered. That is 14 reviews, all 5 stars, every one with a reply. We hold clients to the same habit.
- Good reviews. A short, specific thank-you that mentions the job. Not a copy-paste line on every review.
- Mixed reviews. Thank them, own what went wrong, say what you are doing about it.
- Bad reviews. A calm, short reply that takes it offline. You are not writing to the angry customer. You are writing to the next hundred people who read it.
We draft the replies, you approve them until you trust us to post on our own, and nothing goes up that you would not say in person at the counter.
Every business gets one eventually. What matters is what happens next. If a review looks like it breaks Google's rules, such as a review from someone who was never a customer, a competitor or obvious spam, we flag it through Google's process. Removal is Google's call. We do not promise it.
The stronger fix is volume. A business with a steady stream of recent, real reviews barely feels one bad one. A business with five reviews feels it for years. That is why the monthly routine matters more than any single reply.
Where reviews show up besides Google
Reviews are not just stars on a map. They are some of the most useful content you have. We turn strong reviews into posts on your Facebook and Instagram through social media management, and a short customer story can become a video through our short-form video work. AI search tools also read reviews when they describe local businesses, which is part of AI search optimization.
Reviews sit on top of Level 1. If your Google profile is incomplete or your listings disagree, fix that first with Google Business Profile management and local SEO. A great review on a listing nobody can find does not do much.
What it costs
Review management is quoted per month after a call, and it is often part of our Google Business Profile work. A business that just needs a routine is a different job than one with a pile of unanswered reviews and a few that need flagging. We look first, then quote. See more of how we work on the case studies page.
We are a veteran-owned business in FishHawk. John Plumstead graduated from West Point in 2009 and retired from the Army as a major. If a review blows up on a Saturday, you can reach us.

Questions owners ask
How do I get more Google reviews?
Ask at the right moment, make it easy, and do it every time. The right moment is right after the job goes well, while the customer is still happy. Send a direct link, not instructions. A simple routine done every week beats a big push once a year.
Can you remove bad Google reviews?
Removing a review is Google's decision, not ours, and we will not promise it. We can flag reviews that look like they break Google's rules, write a calm public reply, and help you build a steady flow of real reviews so one bad one does not define you.
Should I reply to every Google review?
Yes. A short, specific thank-you on a good review and a calm, helpful reply on a bad one. Future customers read the replies as closely as the reviews. A business that answers looks like a business that cares.
Can I pay for reviews or offer a discount for them?
No. Google's rules forbid fake reviews and reviews bought with incentives, and getting caught can cost you the reviews you earned honestly. We only help you get reviews from real customers.
How much does review management cost?
It is quoted per month after a call, often as part of Google Business Profile management. Call 813-495-2136 and we will look at your reviews with you and give you a straight number.
